The United States Government is comprised of three branches, the Executive, Legislative, and the Judicial.
The Executive branch includes the President, the President's cabinet, and thousands of employees working for the president. The legislative branch includes the House of Representatives, and the Senate. The third branch is the Supreme Court and the lower courts.
