Study Room Policy

Policies:

  • Study Room doors are locked. Reservations are recommended; unoccupied rooms may be used on a first-come-first-served basis, but reservations have priority.
  • The student reserving the study room must checkout the room key with their WVU-Tech ID at the Textbook checkout desk.
  • Rooms are reserved for academic use for WVU-Tech students.
  • These rooms are not soundproof. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please be mindful of noise levels.
  • Students must reserve a study room using their school email address.
  • Study rooms may not be reserved for more than two hours at a time.
  • There is a 15-minute grace period after the start of the reservation time. Students who do not show up after 15 minutes forfeit their reservation.
  • The student reserving the room assumes responsibility for the state of the room. Please leave the room as you found it. Please clean the whiteboard and toss any trash when you leave.

  • Dry Eraser
  • Spray bottle with board cleaner

  • TV Remote (TVs are in the rooms)
  • Laptop
  • HDMI cords
